1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jaguar3 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile app, games, services, and all content provided by jaguar3.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed, unless a proven technical error is involved.
